Returns policy:

Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a replacement or credit. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full credit. Email us at support@essentioliving.com for a return authorization number. 

Damages:

Please report damaged packages immediately. Please save original packaging in the event we need to file a claim with the postal service.
